Lee Streeton
Born in 1977 in Dorset, Lee’s career started at The Savoy Hotel, London before moving to Caprice Holdings where he worked at Le Caprice and later moving on to be Head Chef for Italian restaurant Daphne’s before joining Rocco Forte's Brown's Hotel in December 2007.
Lee has worked with Mark Hix for many years, both at Le Caprice and at HIX at The Albemarle. “It's great to have my old mate and West Country Comrade Lee back at Brown’s. Lee and I have worked together for years and are like-minded in terms of food and produce.” says Mark Hix. Lee is a stylish cook and has created a unique menu of great British classics, simply presented, using only the finest British seasonal ingredients. Lee is passionate about supporting British suppliers and goes to great lengths to source some of the finest seasonal ingredients from all over the British Isles.
