Town Mill Cheesemonger

Local boy Justin Tunstall, the Town Mill Cheesemonger, started his tiny cheese shop in June 2009. Since then it has gained plaudits and awards from Best New Cheese Retailer to being listed as one of the Guardian's 20 Cool Britannia shops.

Nestling in the heart of old Lyme, at the refurbished Town Mill, it has become a 'must visit' for all those interested in local food. Deservedly popular with experienced chefs and interested novices alike, Justin is determined to show that cheeses from his West country are second to none!
