Away from the restaurant is Mark’s Library Kitchen. As the name suggests Mark’s extensive cookery book collection surrounds the walls of his demonstration kitchen.

Here, each month Mark will host his ever-popular cookery demonstrations where he will demonstrate and cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season's ingredients. A perfect gift for your foodie friends.

With plenty of time to chat to Mark while he creates a British seasonal feast in front of your eyes, served as part of a four course lunch or dinner with wines to match each course.

Classes run from 6.30-9.30pm and cost £200 per person which includes a signed copy of Mark's new cookbook, Mark Hix on Baking, or another of Mark's book of your choice. Places are limited to 12 people per course and bookings & payment must be made in advance.
