Our Restaurants
Mark Hix formed Restaurants Etc in January 2008 having previously been chef Director of Caprice Holdings for over 17 years.
Restaurants Etc launched its first two restaurants in April and May of 2008, Hix Oyster and Chop House in London’s Smithfield market and Hix Oyster and Fish House in Lyme Regis. HIX in Soho opened it's doors in October 2009 and HIX Restaurant and Champagne Bar within Selfridges, London opened on March 8th 2010.
Mark is also the Director of Food at Brown's Hotel in London where he oversees the menu at The Albemarle. Together in these projects is business partner Ratnesh Bagdai, who runs a financial consultancy business, RNB Accountancy focusing solely in the sector.
