Mark Hix's Kitchen Table at The Flodge, Charmouth

Join Mark in the kitchen at his lodge (affectionately known as Flodge) in Charmouth for an intimate cooking experience. Every month Mark will be hosting an open cooking class where he will demonstrate and cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season's ingredients. Mark will cook four dishes, each served as part of a four course lunch with wines to match each course.

With plenty of time to chat to Mark while he creates a British seasonal feast in front of your eyes Hix's Kitchen Table is a culinary experience to savour. Classes run from 11.30am and cost £140 per person which includes a signed copy of Mark's new cookbook, Hix Oyster & Chop House. Places are limited to 6 people per course and bookings must be made in advance.
