Newly launched at Hix Oyster and Fish House is Mark Hix's Kitchen Table.
Join Mark in the kitchen at Hix Oyster & Fish House for an intimate cooking experience. Every month Mark will be hosting an open cooking class where he will demonstrate and cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season's ingredients. Mark will cook four dishes, each served as part of a four course lunch with wines to match each course.
With plenty of time to chat to Mark while he creates a British seasonal feast in front of your eyes Hix's Kitchen Table is a culinary experience to savour. Classes run from 11.30 and cost £140 per person which includes a signed copy of Mark's new cookbook, British Seasonal Food. Places are limited to 8 people per course and bookings must be made in advance.
