New opening.....
Mark Hix will open his third London restaurant within Selfridges on March 8th 2010.
Hix Restaurant and Champagne Bar is located on the store’s mezzanine floor on the site that was formerly The Gallery restaurant.
The restaurant and crustacean bar will serve breakfast from 9:30 am Monday to Saturday with dishes such as Crumpets with butter and Marmite or Ricotta hot cakes with honeycomb and banana.
British and European classics such as Steak tartare, Linguine with Red Sea prawns & chilli and Farmhouse chicken salad will be served throughout the day.
The Champagne Bar will offer a selection of smaller dishes such as Quail’s egg shooters and Grilled chorizo with Romesco sauce .
