Marks Kitchen Library

Mark’s Library Kitchen is the hidden treasure of Tramshed. Not many know it is there and very few that do get to experience it.

Mark is hosting exclusive one-night only events this autumn, collaborating with celebrated chefs from across the country to demonstrate and cook a 4 course meal with wine to match. Only 12 tickets are available for each event so book now to avoid disappointment.

Times: The events run from 6.30pm until 9.30pm

Price: £250 per person including a Hix Fix on arrival, 4 course meal and wine, goody bag with signed cookbook.

• Monday 23rd September – Middle Eastern and Mediterranean specialities with Anissa Helou, author, teacher and chef.
   
• Monday 21st October – British fish and seafood with Nathan Outlaw
   
• Monday November 11th – Nose to tail eating with Fergus Henderson, St. John.
