Bill Granger will be the first chef to kick off our master classes at HIX Restaurant and Champagne Bar.

Bill will be demonstrating one of the recipes from his new book Bill's Basics, this will be followed by a 3 course dinner.

Bill is an internationally renowned, restaurateur and food writer and is well known for his sunny and joyful approach to cooking. His restaurants bills and bills2 in Sydney are hugely successful all over the world and this is a rare chance to catch him in the UK to sample his fantastic cooking.
