Join Mitch Tonks and Mark Hix for a lunch overlooking the Cobb in Lyme Regis. Mitch will be signing books and demonstrating one of his well-known fish dishes, followed by a 3 course fish and seafood lunch.

Hailed as a ‘fishmonger for the 21st Century’, Mitch Tonks is a celebrity restaurateur and fishmonger whose name is synonymous with all that is great about British seafood. His infectiousness, enthusiasm and knowledge of all aspects of the fishing industry, from sea to plate, has won him many awards, including ‘Seafood Restaurant of the Year’, ‘Restaurateur of the Year’ and ‘Best Fishmonger’ and ‘Best Fish Book’ in the World Gourmand awards.

This fresh fish aficionado lives by the sea in Brixham, Britain’s biggest fishing port, and is often seen at the morning markets buying seafood for his restaurants The RockFish Grill in Bristol and The  Seahorse in Dartmouth. Mitch’s straight-forward approach to cooking stems from his belief that the fish is the star of the show; a philosophy that has won him many fans and is reflected in his books, TV shows and cookery schools.
