HIX at The Albemarle
Located in Brown's Hotel, HIX at The Albemarle celebrates British food and art. Executive Chef, Marcus Verberne and Director of Food, Mark Hix, have created an outstanding menu featuring great British seasonal dishes, using carefully sourced ingredients.
HIX at The Albemarle is the perfect location for pre or post theatre dinner, offering a daily changing set menu from 5.30pm for £27.50 for 2 courses and £32.50 for 3 courses. This set menu is also available for weekday lunch. Join us for Sunday brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon till 4pm.
The restaurant, headed up by Manager Scott McCaig, is also home to an amazing collection of work by leading British artists, including Tracey Emin, Rankin, Fiona Rae, Tim Noble and Sue Webster.
