Away from the restaurant is a hidden treasure that few get to see....Mark’s Library Kitchen. As the name suggests Mark’s extensive cookery book collection surrounds the walls of his development kitchen.

Here, each month Mark will host his ever-popular cookery demonstrations where he will demonstrate and cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season's ingredients. A perfect gift for your foodie friends.

With plenty of time to chat to Mark while he creates a British seasonal feast in front of your eyes, served as part of a four course lunch or dinner with wines to match each course.

Classes run from 6.30-9.30pm and cost £200 per person which includes a signed copy of Mark's new cookbook, Mark Hix on Baking. Library Kitchen is only available for a party of 12 as an exclusive book out. Bookings & payment must be made in advance. Looking for a bespoke event? Mark will create a menu and wine list specially for you and your guests on a sutiable date for exclusive hire.
