Christine McFadden - Dorset Foodie
Food writer and cookery tutor Christine McFadden runs hands-on cookery classes in her 17th-century home in Littlebredy, near Dorset's famous Jurassic Coast. Christine is a well-established food writer and cookery teacher, well known for her inspiring cookbooks and magazine features. She is a staunch supporter of local food producers and farm shops. In recognition of this, she was a finalist in the 2012 British Cookery School Awards: Best use of Local Ingredients category.
Christine will be cooking local guinea fowl with peppercorns, home grown lime leaves and quinoa at 1pm on Sunday 8th on the main stage.
