Following other ventures, he settled at St Enodoc Hotel, Rock where Restaurant Nathan Outlaw now holds 2 Michelin stars and is 5th in the Good Food Guide’s Top 50 Restaurants 2013. The less formal Outlaw’s at Rock was recently awarded Gold in the Best Restaurant category of both the Cornwall Tourism and Taste of the South West Awards. In October 2012, Nathan opened Outlaw’s at The Capital Hotel, Knightsbridge.

In September 2012, Nathan’s partnership with Cornwall College, Academy Nathan Outlaw, confirmed his commitment to training and education for the hospitality industry and earned his company the runners up position in the CCB Excellence in Business Training Awards 2013.
