Tom Parker Bowles is an award winning food writer and broadcaster. He has a weekly restaurant review column in The Mail on Sunday and is Food Editor of Esquire. He's the author of 4 books, the latest of which, Let's Eat-Recipes from my Kitchen Notebook is out now. His new Book, Eat MEat, is out in 2014.
