Mark Hix has recently produced a range of five British dressings for salads all produced with British regional ingredients which are available to purchase from Selfridges and all Mark Hix's restaurants.

The range (priced £4.00) includes:

Tewkesbury mustard dressing

Blackberry vinegar, honey and mustard dressing

Honey, mustard and cider vinegar dressing

Pickled walnut and rapeseed oil dressing

Cold-pressed rapeseed oil and lemon dressing
