When Kevin moved to London in 1991 he worked with Marco Pierre White for two years before joining Le Caprice and started working with Mark Hix and Ratnesh Bagdai. After three years at Le Caprice, Kevin was promoted to head chef.
In December 2006 Kevin opened Scott’s in Mayfair as Head Chef to critical acclaim, before moving further up in the ranks to be Chef Director of the Soho House group. Whilst enjoying his time with Caprice Holdings and Soho House, Kevin wanted to go back to his roots and get back in the kitchen.
It was at this time that Mark had acquired a new site in Soho and was looking for a head chef. Now, as Group Head Chef, Kevin oversees other kitchens in the business as well as HIX in Soho.
