Hix Fix Cherries

Recreate this now famous drink at home with Julian Temperley's Morello Cherries in Somerset Apple Eau de Vie. Available to buy in 100ml jars from all HIX restaurants at £7.50. Ideal for a dinner party at home. Currently available from the restaurants. Available to purchase from any Hix restaurant.

To make a Hix Fix:

Ingredients

2 Hix Fix cherries
2 glasses of champagne

Place a cherry with a teaspoon or so of the liquor in the bottom of 2 champagne glasses, preferably saucers.

Top up with cold, delightfully fizzy champagne or prosecco and serve.
